RESOLUTION FIXING TIME OF FINAL HE9RING UPON

VPFiEREAS the contractor and the superintendent of work in,the
matter of Ac9uisition and Improvement District No. 19 oY the City
of Lynwood, California did on the 29tb day of Januarq, 1929, file
.with the clerk of this city council a dec2aration that the work .
hae been completed according to'the contract therefor as pronided
�in section 22 0£ Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925, as amended.
NOP! THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ThE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY �
OF LYNNFOOD, CALIFORNIA,
1: That the houx of 8;00 o'olock P. M. of Tueeday:, February
13,. 1929 be and the same ie hereby fixed as the.day and hour, and
the chFUnbere of the City Council of the City of liynwood, in the
City Hall in Lynwood, California, be and the e�ne is hereby fixed
as tYie place of e hearing for the purpose of determining whether
or not the work and improvement ahall be accepted as being com-
pleted according ta the:coritract, and for determining the aggregate
�amount for which bonds shall be iseued to the contr�.ctor or his
as�ignees, therefor, �.nd of furniehing an opportunity to all per-
sons intereste@ in any of the work or improvement done under the
proceeding or in any matter affecting said improvement and the
assessment district therefor, and feeling aggrieved by any act or
� determination done:or made.in the said:procee@ing or claiming triat`
any oP the previ'ous acts or proceedir_gs are irregular, defeotive, .
erroneoue or faultq, or claiming that the work or improvement has�
not been perforrned acoording to the contract in a good and sub-
stantial manner, or claiming that any�portion of the work or im-
provement £or any reason was'omitted or.�illegzllp included in the
contract_for the same, or having a,ny�.objeqtions to offer�or any
reason to advance why bonds should not be ie�ued in the amount aet.

ordered to publish and poat'a notice of eaid Yina1 hearing upon
the improvernent in the form and manner and for the time prescribed
in said Ac9uisition and Improvement Act of 1925, a.e amended.
