Resolved ,by the Board of Truetees of the Citp of Lynwood,

hea been introduced in the Legislative Assembly oP the State oF Cal-

Lqnwood,that said Assembly Bill No.659 ,ehould be ,and the same is
hereby condemned as unPeir ,illegal and unconstitutional ,oreating
special privileges For Railroad Oompanies in California;and the"
Jerome V.9coField is requested to withdraw eaid Bill from the Aeeembly
and to oauee the proposed legisls.tion to be abandoned.
