and services to the rianagement and wel£are of said District, an6 thus mucn greater

composed 6f representatives i'rom various municipalities, ivater companies and t-rater
users, all of crhom are vitally interested in flood protection rovork and conservatim
of tivater nnd crater resources in the San Gabriel Ualley, has drafted a bill making
certain amencUaents to the "Los Angeles County Flood Control Act", and
1�V3'�ERr�AS, a copy of said proposed bill has been subr.iitted to the City �ouncil by
said Association vrith the request that said City Council ask Senatos sscsns ��nd 14�erriam
to introduce such bi11 for ss+i d Association, for passage by the Legislature; and
