n4arch, 1929, and by said Resoluti.�n figed the 36.th day of April
1929, at the hour of 8 o'clock F.M. of said day, at the C�uncil
� Chamber, in the.City Hall of the Cit�� of Lynvroqd, as the time and
place for hearing any and all objections snd protests which under
the provisions of the Acguisition & Improvement Act of 1925, as
'- amended, cz�n be presented to the Legielative Bodq, and the said
hearing havin� been taken up and continued to this date,,and,

within the boundaries of the tissessment District, as eame are set
forth in the 8esolution.of Intention filed with the Clerk of this

and apportionment as therein proposed and to such natter� and things

NOrJ, TH�REFOF.E, the City Council of the City of LynFrood,
California, do find, determine and order as follows:
. (1:) - That the o�vneru of more.than one-half of the
, area of the propert5 included within the entire assessment dis-�
trict as deecribed in the Resolution of Intention heretofore
adopted and in the Specificatione therein referred to, have not
. made a written ob�ection giving the entirety of the things therein
proposed to he done.
(2) - That all pro and objections to the doing of the
,. thing or things proposed to be done in eaid Reeolution of'Intention
are hereby overruled and denied, except as to certain particulars
with relr�tion t� the extent and boundaries of certain zone� and 'the
-zoning rates thereof and as to evhich the said objections are in part
sustained as, herein�fter more particularly set forth.
{3) -.That each �nd-every protest against the boundaxies
of :aid aseeesment dis�triet £or said Acquisition & Improvement
District n1o. 18 of the Citg of Lyn�JOOd, are hereby overruled an:d
denied and the boundar.ies of said assessment district as proposed�
in.said Resolution of Intention are hereby �dopted and established
as the boundaries, of said a:se;sment di�trict and this Citq Council
does hereby find that the said district includes the property which
will be benefitted by the doing of the things proposed to be done:
(Q} - That this City Council does hereb3� find that the
zones in which s�id assessment district is to be divided as.pro-
p�sed in said �?es�lution of Interiti�n end shown in the Specificat-
ions therein referr.ed to, shall be modified in order that each
zone shall be composed of the Lands within the aseessment dis trict
'v�hich v+ill be benefitted in like measure. ,-�
That the saici zones �o to be ehanged are set iorth beT�w and
the oxterior boundary line, �f said zones.as so changed are set
forth bel�w and the percentage o£ the sum to be razsed each year .
by the levy and collection of special �assetiement taxe: in �aid
assessment district from the lands in each �f said zones as so to
be changed for the payments on the principal and interest of the
bonds to be issued to defray the cost� of said acqui.eitions and
imprqvenen-t sre also set �orth below, all of which is necessary to
be done in order to correetl5r reflect the benefits to be derived
from the various parcels of land �vithin the a�3essment di�trict and
in order that each zone shall be composed of the l�nd� within the
