CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2014-42
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF ACCOUNTING
TECHNICIAN TERI PORTINEN
WHEREAS, Teri Portinen is currently employed as the Accounting Technician by the city
of Medina; and
WHEREAS, on June 30, 2014, Teri Portinen submitted a letter of resignation from her
position addressed to the City Administrator; and
WHEREAS, Teri Portinen's resignation from her position shall become effective on July
11, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Teri Portinen's letter of resignation is hereby accepted with gratitude for a job well done.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
