I It is hereby resolved: That in consideration
of the Pacific ;lectric Railevay Company agreeing not to take
any steps for the purpose of appealing to the Suprer�e Court
or the Appellate Court of the.State of California in the case
of Paoific Electric Railway Company, a corporation, vs. City
of �ynwood, a Municipal corporation, et al, Los 9ngeles County
Superior Court No. 270002, or to make a motion for new trie,l
in said case, and other valuable considerations, tnat the City
of Lynwood will not make any claim for damages including
Court costs, against the Pacific Electrio Railway Company,
arising out of said suit or upon the injunction bond filed in
said case, and ths City of �ynwood agrees that any claima it
ma� have against the�acific �lectric Railway Company or upon
said bond ful tisfied.
