IN THE MATTER OF�ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT
DIBTRICT N0. 26 OF TiiE CITY OF Ll'N�YOOD, CALIF.
,RESOLUTION DF THE CITY COUNCIL�OF THE CITY OF
" LYN'NOOD',,CALIFORNIA� APPOINTING ENGINEER�OF
�, V�ORR AND ATTORNEY, AND FIXING THFIR COD4PENSATION.
The City Council of 'the City of Lynwood, California, doea
hereby resolve as follows;: `
SECTION 1: That ROBERT B. MILLER, a competent engineer, be,
and he is hereby, appointed Engineer of Work in the above en-
titled matter, and is directed to do and furnish all.of the cinil �
engineering work and services, surveying and similar work and
services necessary to the proper performance of the improvement
in the above entitled matter. �
That the compensation of said Engineer of Work be, and the
same is, hereby fixed at Four (4�) per cent of the amount of the
contract of the contractor doing said work, exclusive of all in-.
cidental expenses.

SECTION 2. That GEORGE P.r: CROIICH, a competent attorney be
and he is hereb9, appointed to prepare all proceedings, resolutiona,
notices, orders, contrscts, and all matters incident �o the con-
summation of said contamplated improvement.
The compensation of said attorney shall �300.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood shell
eertify to the adoption of thia resolution.
