IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISSTION AND IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT N0. 26 OF THE CITY OF LYNNf00D� CALIF.
(ELM�400D AND OTHER STREETS)
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE.CITY
OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, AWARDING CONTRACT
INHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did in open
session, on the 30th day of July, 1929 publicly open, examine
end declere all bids delivered to the �lerk of said City Council
for the performance of the work and improvement described in the
Resolution of Intention in the matter of Acquisition and Improve-
mant Dietrict No. 26 of the Citv oP Lynwood, to-rrit: Resolution
No. 643, adopted June 25th; 1929, wfiich Resolution is expressly
referred to for further particulars. ,
•- '' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the �ity Council of.the
City of Lynvrood, California, as follows:
SECTION 1: That said City Council of th'e City of Lynwood
hereby rejects all of said bids except that next hereinafter men-
tioned and hereby awards the contract for the performance of said
work and improvement to the lovueet responsible bidder, to-wit:

SECTION 2. The Clerk of ssid City Couricil is hereby directed
to publieh notice of said award of contract by two insertions in
the "LYNWOOD TRIBIINE", and to post.a copy of the same five
days et or near the Chamber poor of said City Council, all in the
manner and form required by the Acquisition and Improvement Act
of 1925, as amended:. ,.
SECTION 3. The Clerk of said City Council is hereby directed
to certify to the adoption of�this Resolution. '
