3the TOWN OF GULF STREAM and charge the cost of said improvements to

=w::- the Owner of the Property, and in the event the cost of the improve -
cc ments are not paid by the Owner of the Property within ninety (90)
z days of said improvement, to lien the Property. Provided that,
y except for emergency repairs, TOWN OF GULF STREAM shall not under -
2t said improvements until the Owners of the Property shall have
C3 been given thirty (30) days prior notice within which period the
Owner of the Property may perform such work.
tJ. :u ne eve;,, it is ..: 3_-termined by "he TOWN OF GULF
STREAM that the Maintenance Area shall no longer be maintained or
controlled in accordance with this Agreement by the Owner of the
Property, the TOWN OF GULF STREAM may assume full control.
Provided, however, that TOWN OF GULF STREAM shall not assume such
full control without first giving the Owner of the Property thirty
(30) days prior written notice and the right to cure the deficiency
of performance.
11. "NATAPOW" and the term "Owner of the Property" shall mean
the Owner(s) of the Property from time to time.
