Re: 3250 Polo Drive, Re -roofing
By signing below, We are hereby acknowledging that the current Town of Gulf Stream
codes require white -colored roof tiles on a home designated as a Gulf Stream Bermuda
style home, and that we fully intend to comply with this requirement. The new roof
tiles to be installed at my home at 3250 Polo Drive will be painted white immediately
following installation of the new root.
We are further providing our sincere assurances that the roof will be maintained as
white, and will be painted as needed to retain its white color.
We do however reserve the right to change the color of the roof at a future date if, and
only at such time as, the Town amends its regulations to allow roof tiles of other colors.
Prior to any change in color we will secure the Town's approval as required by the
codes in effect at that time.
