" VI�EiEREAS.a question of difference has arisen between
George H. Osivald, on the one side, and the City of Lynwood, on
the other, relative to the issue of bonda of 9cquisition and
Improvement District No. 18'of said City in the amount of
�182,690.71 for the acquisition and improvement of certain .
property for public streets in said city and in the city of
Southgate, County of Los Angeles, and in unincorporated terri-
tory in said county�; all of which bonds are dated Ju1y 30, i929
bear interest at the rate of seven per cent, per.annum, payable
sami-annually on the 2nd day of January arid on the 2nd day of
Julg of each year, beginning on January 2, 1931, and thereafter
until the maturity of each of said bonds respectiveTy,"end wh3eh

were heretofore avuarded to said George H. Osvrald by the City
Council of said City of Lynwood, and the said Geor�a H. Oswald
has claimed that said City of Lynwood has not complied with all
of the provisions of law rolative to the iasuance f i bon s;

an r�ttorney at law, be and he is hereby authorized to agrae upon
a statement of facts involvin� the said difference.and to submit
the same as an agreed aase to any Superior Gourt of,tha State of
California Por its determination, and to take such action as
may be necessar� to procure a determination and ad�udication
