in the matter of Acc�uisition and Improvement District N0.25
: of the City of Zynwood,Californiam did orit�the 8th day of

declsration that the work zhas been completed according to•tfie
contract therefor as provided in sedtion 22 of the l�cquisition
and Impr.ovement Act of 1925, as amended

1. That the hour of 8 C'clock P.M.of Tuesday,
October 22nd, 1929 be and tne_same is herQby fixe.d,as_the day �nd h _
' hour,�and the chambers of the City council of the City of Lynwood,
in the City Hall in Zynwood, Cali£ornia, be and the same is hereby
fixed as �he place of a hearing for the purpose of determinin�
whether or not the work and improvement shall be accepted as being
completed according to the contract,�and for determining the aggreg
gate;�amount�for which bonds sha11 be issued to the contractor or his
assignees, therefor, and of furnishing and opportuniYy to all person
interested in any of the work or improvement done undert"t�epproceed-
ing or in any matter affecting said. improvement an� sssessment �
district'therefor, and feeling aggireved by any act or determina-
tion done or made in the said proceeding or claizning that any of
the previous acts or proceedings are irregular,de£ective, erron-
eous,or faulty,or claiming that the v�ork or impr�vement fias not
been performerl according to the contract in a gooddand�substantial '
maaner, or claiming that any portian of the work or improvement
for any reason v✓as omitted or i11e�;ally included in the contract

to advance why bonds should not be issued in the dmount set Tp

fore this City Council and by it be heard upon any of the above

ordered to publish!and poat a notice of said final hearing ,
upon the improvement in the form and manner and for the time
prescr,ibed in saic?:Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925,
