VPHEREAS, this Gity Council is of the opinion.that the work and improvement described in the Resolution of Intention oP the above entitled matter, reference�to which Resolution of Intention, ie hereby made for a full description of the vrork or improvement �,nd R�hsch sa.id rvork or improve�nent is the hrork or improvement covered by the.contract therefor, has been completed according to the contraot in a�good and subst�.ntial inanner. N04�' THEREFURE BE IT RESOLVED; by the City Council of the. City of Lynwood as follows: _ 1. That all matters.and thinge required by law to be done had and taken by this City Council, by the Contractor, by the Superintendent of Work, by the Engineer of'�fiork and all other persons required by law,to perform sny acte'or things in con- nection with the said'improvement; have been duly�and regularly�. done, had �nd taken in the.m��nner and form and,within the time required by law. 2. That a11 protests; both or�,7. and written, a�ainst the acceptance of said �vork or improvement and the iseuance of bonds. therefor in the amount claimed by the Contra.ctor be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied. That'Osis City Council is.of the opinion and.does hereby` find �nd declare that the a�oik and iir,provement in the above en- titTed matter has'been completed"�.nd peiformed in'a good a.nd sub- stantial manner, and said City Council does hereby accept said work and improvercent. That the said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of seven per cent per annwn, payable semi-annua,lly, the first intereet•. payment to be raa.de on the 2nd day of Januzry.19�1, and the last insta,llment of interest shall.be payable at the maturity of the ` bonds, and the aggregate principal of all of t.ie said bonds to be paid and discharged with'in.twenty years after the date of their isauance, epProximately one-eighteenth part of such a.ggregate princip2l to be payable annually`all in gold coin,_and the first � -.�.::. .��._. paqment on the aggregate principal of the_ improvement bonds iesued shall be made.three years after the i�suance thereof. 10.
