�esolved by the City Council of the City of I,,yn�vood as follo�es,
to t :
That Brev�ton A. Hayne, attorney at law, �vho heretofore
has conducted for the plaintiff the legal matters in certain con-
demnation proceedings, under the "kcquisition and Improvement Act
1925", and Amendments thereto, knocrn as "Ii.& I�" 4; "A.& �" 6;
"�.� �"' 16; "A.& 3"' 25; "!�.& I" 19; and also for the defendant
in the case of Pacii'ic Finance Corporation vs City of Lynwood,
(which last mentioned case is now pending on appeal in the 0ourt
of Iippeal of the State of California, I)istrict ��2) - be and he is
hereby retained to continue as attorney for the plaintiff in said
condemnation actions, and for the dofendant in the last named acti
so pending on appeal. This resolution makes no change in the
amount of Attorney's fees to be had by said attorney in said "1.& `,
cases as the same has heretofore tiee'n fixed by the City Council of
the City of Lynsvood, either as to amoiznt or method of payment, nor
as th the fees on the appeal pending as aforesaid. The clerk is
directed to enter this resolution at lengi;h ori the minutes of the
City Council.
