AGREEMENT

Gulf Stream Town Hall hired Lawns&Gardens of Palm Beach,LLC., to perform the
lawn care services specified by proposal dated July 2005 for the period of
one year.
Beginning October 1 st, 2005 to October 1 st.,2006 at the price of $ 5400.00. -
(five thousand four hundred ) payable at the rate of $ 450.00.- per month.
This contract shall be cancelable on 30 (thirty) days written notice by either party.
The persons bellow executing this agreement on behalf of the parties do hereby warrant
and represent that each individual has the full per and authority to execute this

I would like to thank you for the opportunity to present this proposal.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Lawns & Gardens of Palm Beach will furnish all labor,transportation and equipment necessary to
maintain the existing landscaping areas in an attractive condition throughout the year as outlined in
the following services:
LAWN CARE:
1 Mowing: All turf areas of the property will be mowed and maintained at proper height
with sharpened mower blades, equipment will be of the commercial type.
2 Edging: Will be accomplished around all plant beds, driveways, walkways, by mechanical
means as part of each service.
3 Clippings: Will be blown from walkways and driveways after each service.
4 Litter: We shall pick up any normal light miscellaneous litter from the service areas on all
scheduled visits.
PLANTS, BEDS AND BUSHES:
All plant bed areas and bush areas shall be cleaned to produce a neat healthy and orderly
appeareance in accordance with the frequency herein specified.(monthly)
All plant bed areas to be weeded and sprayed with Florida Dept.of Agriculture approved weed-
killer in accordance with the frequency herein specified (Every three months,not included)
All hedges, shrubs and ornamentals shall be trimmed and/or pruned to height established by
you,with special attention to shaping and landscaping definition.
FERTILIZATION:
Turf and landscaping areas will be fertilized four times a year with a slow release fertilizer in
accordance with the manufacture specifications.(not included)
Four visits per month
COST: $500.00 per month, payable 1" day of each month.
Please note all work will be performed under Lawns & Gardens owner's supervision and action.
We are a filly licenced and insured company.
