the City Council of the City of I,ynwood in the City Hall of said .
City as the place where; a hearing ehall be had for the purpose
of determining whether or not the work and improveraent in the
abone entitled matter shall be accepted as being completed '
according to the.c�ntract, and for determining the aggregate
am�unt f�r which bonds shall be issued to the contractor.or
assignee thereof, and of £urnishing'�an opp�ortunity to sll pers�ns� �"
intereeted in any of the �✓ork or improvement done, or in any
matter affecting �aid improvement and the assessment �i�trict
therefor, and feeling aggrieved by any act or,determination done
ar made iri the said proceeding, or claiming that any of the
preyious acts or.procee3ing� are irregu.lar, defective, erroneous
or faulty,. or claiming that the v�qrk or improvement hae not
been perfozrned according to the contract in a g�od amd substan-
tisl manner, or claimin� that any portion of_ the work or improve"-
�ment for any rea��n vras omitted or illegally included in.the
c�ntract for.the'same, �r having any �b�ecti.one to offer or. �

amount set forth in the declaration and statement on file, to
appear before this legislative body and by it be heard upon �ny
of the above mentioned matters; and .

C�uneil shall publish a notice af said hearing by two insert"ions
in the LYN�.'JOOD TRIBUi�E, and by posting a c�py thereof for at
least t`�o days on or near th`e 'ehamber do.or of thi� City
Council, tfie date of the first publication arid. that of such
posting to be not less than ten days before the da�e fixed for
eaid hearing.
