SL+'CTIOIV 3. Notice is hereby given that serial bonds
to represent unpaid saeessments for the expense of sr�id proposed

manner pronided by .th,e Improvement Bond, Act of 1915, and amend'-
ment� thereto, the last installment o£ which bond: shall"mature •
nine yeare from the day of July next succeeding ten months
from their date..

, or parcel of land and �the relative location of the same to the
work prog9 to be done all within the limits qf the asseesment �-
district. •
SECTION 5 . Notice is hereby ginen that tHe 25"th day
of tuarch, 1930, at the hour of 8:'00 o'clock i.M. of said day, at
the council Ghambers of said City Council, in the City Hsll of the
` City of Lynwood, is hereby fixed and designated as the day, fiour
and place when an8 where any and all persons having any ob�ections
to the pr�posed work'or improvement'herein designated, may appear
before satd City Council and ehow cause, if any they have,.why
seid improvemente should not be esrried out in sccordance with
the provisions �f thie kesolution of Intention.

cau�e tliis Resolution ?£ Intention to be published twice in the
L�nwood '1'ribune, a weekly newspaper published and circnlated in
said City, and hereby designated for that purpose by the City Coun- �
cil, there being no daily newspaper publiahed in said City; and all
notiaee„-.resoluti-�ns -ordex.s--or- other_matter.s_required_herea£ter—t,o
be published.in any proceedings b�sed,upon this Resolution ,�f.Intent-
ion shall be published in said newspaper. -
SECTIO� 7. The �Street Superintendent of City of
Lyrnraood shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of,
said contemplated improvement and work and along all open streets
within said di�trict above described and in front of sll property
liable.to be assessed, notices of the paseage of this iiesolution
of intention, in the time, form snd manner required by law.
