� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY
OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, AVPARDING CONTRACT.
� VPHEREA$, the City Council of the City oP Lynwood did in
open sesaion, on the 25th day of Februarp,_1930, publiclq open,
eaamine:and declare all bids delivered to the Clerk of eaid City
' Council for•the performanoe of the.work and improvement described
in the R eolution oY Intention in the matter of Ao9uieition and
Iraprove��nt Distriat No. 26 of the City of Lynwood, to-wit;-
Resolution No. 680 adopted on January 14th 1930, which reaolu'-
tion is expresslp referred to'Yor further particulars.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT,RESOLYED by the City Council of the
Gity of Lynwood, California,.as follows;
SECTION 1. That the said qity Council. of the Citp o3
Lynwood, hereby re3ects all of said bids except that neat here-
inafter mentioned and hereby awards the contract Yor the perform-
e.nce of said work and improvement to the lowest responsible .-
bidder, ta-wit:
L:A.Paving Coc the price named in its bid.
SECTION,2. The Clerk of said City Council is hereby
directed to publish notice of said award of contract bq two in-
eertione in the °Lyn�eood Tribune°, and to post a copy of the eame
for five daye at or near the chamber door of said City Council,
all in the manner a.nd form required by the Ac9uisitiom snd Im=
provement Act of 1925; as emended. �
SECTIGN 3. The Clerk of said City Council is hereby
directed to certify to the adoption of this Resolution. ..,
Passed and Adopted this 25th day of Februa..ry, 1930.
