- -..� __ .�IiEREAS, in the matter of Aequisition and Improvement District
No. 18 �f the City of L;�nwood, a hearing-has been duly ann re-
gularly had for the purpose of deterr�ining whether or not the
work and improvement performed in the above entitled matter ehould
- be aecepted p� being corapleted according to the c�ntract �therefor,
- and f.or determining the_aggregate anount for which bonds ehall be ,.
issued to the contractor, or hie assignee therefor, and of furn-
' iehing an opportunity to all persons interested to appear,and
-'present their objections and, ae appears frpm affidavits on file
in the office of the C1erk of thie City Council notice of ssid
hearing was duly posted and published and a ful1, fair and im-
�' partiel hearing has been,accorded upon all objections presented; '

, ferred to in the declaration'of completion and statement of amounts

hereby determine� and orders as, follow,s, .to_-v�it: ,_
1.. That notice of' the day, hour and place of the hearing
upon the acceptance of the �vork and the issuance of bandr hsa been
' duly and,regularly published and posted in the manner required by,
law: : .
2. �That a11 of the acts, determinations and proceedings
` heretofore had and taken in the matter of Acquieition snd Impr�ve-
� ment Dietrict ?Vo: 18 of the Cits of Lynv�ood are regular and in
&11 respects sufficient, and that tall protests an'd objections,re-
garding the aerae snd to the issuance oi' bbnd� ir. the amount here-
inafter set forth are hereby overruled and. denied`.
'3. That the.work and improvement t� be d arie in the
matter of the ab�ve named di"strict has been campleted and per-
formed accord�•ng to the contract, in a good and sub.tantiel
� Manner, and that said �rork and improvement is hereby accepted.
4. That the amount of the c�ntraet price for the doing

7. That the CitS*'Preaeurer of the City of Lynwood
Ehall issue acqui.sition and improvement district bonds of the
said District, deeignated "Series B", a:��unting in the aggrogate
to.the._said principal sum last mentioned, dated the day this
resolution��is adopted, sll in the manner and form provided in
said Act and in further accordance with the provisions for such
bonds contained in the 3esolution of Intention ad�pted in the
matter of said Acauisition and Impr�vement District by this City
Council on the 26th day of P�1r�rch , 1929.
8. That, upo� the expiration of twenty days from the
making af this final order the Clerk of this City Council shall
tranemit to said City Treasurer an attested copy of this resol-
ution and order, together with an atteeted copy of the said
Resolution of Intention.
