DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA 33444 - 5611243-7000 The City of Delray Beach is presently providing police and fire dispatching and communication services to the Town of Gulfstream per the Interlocal Agreement dated May 15, 1998. Per this Interlocal Agreement, the annual service fee shall be adjusted annually on October 1 st based on the "All Urban Consumers - United States April Consumer Price Index". The April 1998 Consumer Price Index reflects a percentage of 3.3% (see attached). Therefore, beginning October 1, 2001, the annual service fee of $26,996.30 shall be increased by 3.3% or $890.88 bringing the new total annual service fee to $27,887.18.
