RESOLUTION FIXING TIME OF FINAL HEARING UPON THE IMPROVEB�ENT

VPHEREAS; the contractor and'superintendent of work in
' the matter oP Acquisition and Improvement District No. 28 oY
the City of Lyn�vood, California, did on the 22ND day of April,
� - 1930, Pile with the clerk of-thie'City Council a declaration
that the work has been.completed a6cording to the contraot there-
' for ae provided in 3eotion22 of the AcSuieition and Improvement Act
of 1925, as.amended
NOYV THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY'THE CITY qOUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA:
1. That the hour of.8;00 o�clock of Tuesday, May 6th,.
1930, be and the eame is hereby fixed as the day„and hour, and. the
" chambers oY the City Council of the Citp of Lynwood, in the City
Hall in Lynwood, California, be and.the same is hereby affixed as
theplace of a hearing Por the purpose of determining whether or not
th work or improvement shall be accepted ae being:completed accord -
ing to the contract e.nd Yor determining the aggregate amount for
'�" ' which bonds be issued to the contractor or hie assignees
therefor, and of furnishing en opportunitq to all.persona interested
' in anp of the work or iraprovement done under the prooeeding or in
• any matter affecting said impro'vement and assessment district there-
Por, and feeling aggrieved by anp act or determination done or made
in the said proaeeding or claiming that any of the previoua acts or
proceedinge are.irregular,•defective, erroneous or faulty,.or claim-
ing that the woxk.or,improvement has not been performed according
to the contract therefor in a good and substantial manner, or claim-
� ing that any portion of the vrork or improvea�ent Yor any reason was
omitted or ille,gally included in the contract for the same, or han-
ing any objections to offer or any reaeon to advance why bonds
should not be issued in the amount set Yorth in the declaration
and statement oxi file, to appear before this City Council and by
' it be heard upon any oY the above mentioned mattere.
2. That the Clerk of thie City Council be and ia hereby
ordered to publieh and post a notice of said final hearing upon
the improvement in the form and manner and for the time prescribed
