For last week, we show only one watering by Arazoza (on Tuesday August 3"). We are very concerned that these newly planted trees are not receiving sufficient water. LAW VENUE The laws of the State of Florida shall govern all aspects of this CONTRACT. In the event it is necessary for either party to initiate legal action regarding this CONTRACT, venue shall be in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit for claims under state law and in the Southern District of Florida for any claims which are justifiable in federal court. 9.
