BE IT RESOLVED�by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows:-
It appearing that the Clerk of..�this�legislative body did .
on the 3rd day of dune, 1930, sign a notice.of hearing upon issuance
_of bonds_for. an acquisition pursuant to a resolution directing such
notice, adopted on,said last menttoned date in the matter of Acqui-
sition and Improvement District No. 19'of the City of Lyn�ood, be-
ing a resolution enbitled "RESOLUTION No.709'fixing time and'place
of hearing upon the issuance of bonda for an,acqui'sition", reference
to which said resolution is hereby made for gr.eater certainty: and
"it further appearing that the said notice was duly and regularly.
published by two inser.tions in the Lynwood Tribune, a weekly news-'
Daper published and'of general circulation in the City of Lynwood,
and designateci for such oublication in the Resolution of Intention
in the said matter, reference to which R of Intention is
hereby made for a full descriotion of said aoquisitions, the said
two insertions and pub].icat,ions having been made and had on the
6th aricl 1.3th days of •?une, 1.�30: and it anpearing that the date
of tre said .first nubl.i.ca,ti.on was not ].ess t�an ten .(10) days be-
£ore the d:�te 1n sai.d notice s�ecl.fied for sai.d bAar?.ng, to-wit,
this day and hour: and it further annearing that the said Clerk
�posted a copy'of the said notice on or near the Chamber poor of this
legislative body on the 6th day of June,,1930 and said copy of said
notice was kept posted on or near the said Cnamber poor for a least
•two (2) days, to-wit; a11°of June 6th to 16th , 1930, both°dates in-
clusive; and af'fidavits in support and proof of the aforesaid publi-
cation and posting having been duly filed and more than ten .(10)
days having elapsed since the,date of the said first posting, to-wit:
since June 6th, 1930; and this date bein� not sooner than ten (10)
days after the date upon which�this Council fixed the date of .this
hearing, to-wit: since June 3rd, 1930; ,. • •.
NOW THFREFORE, this City Council does hereby declare
.that it has the power to proceed with the hearing upon issuance
of bonds for an acquisition, the date for said hearing being this
day and hour, June 17th, 1930 at the hour of eaigYit (8:00) o'clock
- P. Pd., and this place, to-wit: the Chambers of this Citp Council,
being the place fixed for said hearing by said Resolution referred
to in the preamble hereof. „-r. ,
