It is hereby ordered that bonds of Aoquisition and Imprbvement 'District No. 19 of the City of Lynv�ood, be issued in the amount of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-two and 37�100. Dollars;(�6,732.37), under and in pursuance of the Acquisition � - and Improvement Act of 1925, as amended: that i;�said bonds.shall�be ' � dated June 17th, 1930, and shall.be in the aggregate principal sum of �6,732.37, to be naid and discharged within twenty-five (25) years-from the date hereof, to-wit, in tvrenty-two (22) � annaual installments, namely,'twenty-one (21) installments of �300.00 each, payable as follows: �300.00 on the 17th day of June, . 1933, and a like amount on the 17th dag of June of each year and every gear thereafter up to and including the 17th day of Lune, 1953, and one installment, being'the last installment of �432.37, to be payable on the 17th day of `June, 1954. Said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of not to exceed eight per cent (8�) per ennum, the exact rate of interest to be hereafter determined upon.the sale of said bonds, said interest to be paqable semi- , annually on the 2nd day of January, and the 2nd day of.Suly of each year, excepting that the first interest payment shall-be made on the,2nd day of July, 1931,, and the last installment of interest shall be pa,yable at the maturity of the said bonds. The -?rincipal end interest on the said bonds sha11 be payable in gold coin at the of''ice of' the Treasiirer of the City of Lynavood, and said' bonds.sh�l.l re signed bv the Treasurer o.f, the rity and shall. have the..seal'of the said Ci,ty thereto af.fixed. Acquisition and Improvemerit District No. 19,,of,the City'of L�ynwood, State of California.' � , Bond°No. Series "C , and the said bonds'shall be in the form prescribed by the Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925, ae amended, �vith the blanks filled in and with variations as provided. 5. It is ordered that the Clerk of this.City Council. shall transmit to the Treasurer of the City of Lynwood an attested copy of this order and that bonds shall•be issued�in said_amount and,in the form and manner provided in Acquisition and 2mprovement Act o£ 1925, as amended. 6. It is hereby ordered that the Clerk of this City Council shall in th'e name of this Council advertise the sale' of said bonds, aalling for bids therefor; and it is hereby further ----- --- orderad-that the 2nd day of July, 1930, at the hour of eight��(8.00) o'clock P. M., is the time and the Chambers of the City Council of said City is the place fbr the receiving of such bids. Said ad- vertisement shall be published h,q two insertiona in the Lynwood Tribune, the newspaper heretofore designated for said purpose by this Cit,y,Council. Sai.d advertt.sPment shall state�that said bonds shall be sold to the best resnonsibJ.e bidder for cash and that consideration shall be.given to t'>e rate of interest at which the bonds are offered to he purchased and the nremium o.ffered,.if any, and said.rate of:interest shall not exceed eight Aer cent (8 per annum and the rate of interest at which this City Council wil.l sell said bonds will be fixed at the sale thereof and shall thersupon be fixed as tha rate of interest thereof.
