IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND DETERMINED,�y the City Council.
of the City of Lynwood that the proceedin�e pursuant to the Reso-
lution of Intention �o. 68�, passed by said City Council on the
25th day of February, 193U, and also ell the acts and determinations
of the Superintendent of Streets and the �ngineer for said vity ap- �
pointed in the above matter, relative to the work described'in said
Resolution of Intention (and herepy referred to.for further partic-
_ularsi be and the same are hereby confirmed, and the aseessment and
diagram for said work and improvement are hereby found to be correct
and confirmed, and it is hereby ordered that warrant may be attached
thereto accordir..gly.
