CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.2014-54 RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO MnDOT AGREEMENT No. 06485 WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Medina enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 06485 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: To provide for payment by the City to the State for the City's share of costs for the Traffic Control Signal System, EVP System, and related ADA items construction and other associated construction and to provide for the power, operation, and maintenance of the new Traffic Control Signal System and EVP System to be performed at the intersection of Trunk Highway No. 55 at County State Aid Highway No. 101/Sioux Drive, within the corporate City limits of Medina under State Project No. 2272-82 (T.H. 55 =188). IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that the City Administrator -Clerk and Mayor are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
