Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
ZynvJOOd as follows:
That Councilman Fdont �lilliams be appointed Com-
missioner of Police to replace Ex-Councilman � E, Skel-
ton, Commissioner of Police as per Resolution IJo. 707 of
of the CitJ Conncil of said �ity.
