for assessment unpaid.
AND PIHLREAS, interested persons were notit'ied in the
manner required by law to appear beforo the City Council af the
City of Lynrvood, Californis, in the c�u.ncil chamber af the City

Hall in said city, at the i�our of 8:00 o'clock r.M., the 19th
day of August, 1930, and sho�v cause why bonds should not be ieaued
on the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said etreet
Superintendent� list, and
WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form re-
quired by law that serisl bonds to represent unpaid assessments,
bearing interest at the rate of seven (7) per cent per annum, will .
be.issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement
Bond Act of 1915", the last inat�llment of which bonde will mature
nine (9) years fram the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10)
m�nths from their date. •
And all interested persons having appeared bef�re this
City Council and having been given full oportunity to Show cause
why bonds should not be issued up�n the seeurit3� oP the unpaid
sssessments sho�m on ssid list, end all objections presented hav-
ing been heprd and considered,
N0.'V BL IT 3�SOLVED, that the said City Council does here-
by find and determiile that no cause hae been shown why bonds should
not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments, and
does hereby over-rule all objections therein, and does hereby dir-
ect the issuance of said bonda and
BL.IT FURTHLR ?iESOLVED that bonds shall be issued upon the
security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Four Thousand,
One Hundred, Thirty Ta�o and 70/100 (�4,132.7u) Dollars, that said
bonda shall be thirty in number and �hall be dated Augu�t 19th, 1930,
and bear interest at the rate of sevea_(.7,)_per cent per annum, and
the denominations of said bonds and the date of the respective
maturities thereof, shall be as,follows:

The first coupons of interest shall be for interest f rom
Aiigust 5th 1930, to January 2nd, 1931, and the several coupons
thereafter shall each be for the cemi-ennual interest, and
B� IT E'URTHER RESOLP�D, that the signature oY the Treasurer
of the said City upon.the coupons attached to the said bonds shall
be a lithographed or printed signature in place of the signature
by hand, and "
BE IT FiTRTHER RESOLVED; that.the uity Clerk of.the said
City of Lynevood be, an d he is hereby authorized and directed to
deliver forewith the bonds hereinbefore enumerated to r•RITZ ZIEBARTH,
in, sstisfaction oY the balance due �upon.. his assessment snd vuarrant.
