Year beginning Jnly 1, 1930 and endi� June 30, 1931 as set forth in detail and its entirety hereafter in this resolution, be, and the same is hereby adopted by the City Council of the said City of Zynwood, and BE IT FURTHER R�SOLVED: That all monies derived from taxes on property in the City of I,ynvrood, California and Yrom sourees other than taxes on property in said City accruing to said City under the provisions of the laws of the State of Cal- ifornia,�he Cbunty of Los Angeles, State o£ Calizornia and the said City of iynivood in said County ana State shall be allocated by the proper officers of said City of Lynwood to the proper . �:: funds, as governed 'oy the laws of said City, County and State to meet the payments, authorized by the adop- tion o3 this budget, covering the requirements for maintaining the municipal government ancl paying the maturing portions of the principal of a�zd the interest on the bonded indebtedness of said City for tne fiscal year beginning July 1, 1930 and endir�; June 30, 1931, and BE IT FURTHt� RESOZVE�: That the sum of `�167,998.40 as set iorth in the following budget o3 estimated expenditures for maintaining the municipal government of said City of Lynwood shall be administered v.nder �he following provisions; That no officer, department or other person or persons charged in any manner ��hatsoever with the expendituse of the public funds oz the said City o* Lynvrood shall expend or obligate the said City by contract or other��ise, more than one twelfth(1�12} � of any item of exper_Qiture hereiu appropriated to such purpose during any or_e month oi' said fiscal year, except vrher_ specifically exemp+ed by law oriwhen sp�,cifically authorized so to do by the City Council of the said City of Zynwoad; provided, ho�vever, that if, during ax�y month oi said fiscal year, less than one twelfth (1�12) oY any such appropriated item shall be expended or encumb- ered, the amount so expended or eneumbered may be expended or en- cumbered in any subsequent month of said fiscal year �*aithout any further authorization.
