Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of

State of California has this second day of September. 1930 en-
tered into a contraet ir. writing rvi:th Jerome Caress, residing
at 16�1 Golden Gate �lvenue, in �he City and County of Los Angeles,
State of California, whereby the said City of Zynvrood is to its-
sta11 a pipe line exi;endis� from the mains of the vrater system
of said'City to tihe pipes located in the property ot said Jerome
Caress, and to furnish L�ater from tne water system of said City
to said Jerome Caress through said pipe.line.
BE IT RESOI,VED: That the said contract be,
