That Councilman Liont 4Villiams be appointed Comnission-
er of Utilities to replace Councilnan Anderson, and that Council-
man Anderson be au?sointed Commissioner of Police-to replace
Councilman �=ont Vtilliarns.
This Resolution shall become effeotive immediately
