ITTG THE BOOKS OF THE CITY.
BE I^1 RESOI,UED by the City Council oi the City of Zynwood
as follows:
�iHEREAS: Upon recor.�mendation of Councilman Kimble by motion
of ihe City Council at its meeting of ivay 27, 1930, F. M. Donovan
and ComAar�y were employed to audit the books of the City at the
rate of �25.00 per day, and
i�lHE2EAS: ASter the lapse of four months no report on the
condition of the CityTs books has been presented in said matter,
N0�7 THER�'ORE, eaid F. Ie7. Donovan and Com�any are hereby

directed to discontinue the �rork of auditing the City's books
but are hereby authorized, if said F. n4. Donovan and Company
so desire, to prepare a written report upon tiie City's books
and any irregularities therein, on condition that no:b more than
four days are spent thereon, and for such repbrt the City agrees
to pay for the time spent thereon, not to exceed zour days, at
the rate of �25.00 per day, upon the presentation of such report.
