Be it resolved by the City �ounoil of the �ity ot Lyn-
wood as Pallowe:
SECTION 1: That Seation 1 oP Resolution No. 733 n.nder

� the item "�otor Cycle O��icer" relating to the Yurnishing o3
sutomobile or motor cycle, be amended to read as Pollows:
"The Oompenaation to be paid to the Chiet o3 Police,
Captain or Polioe and Motor Cycle OYYicera, ahall be condition-
al npon the furnishing by said O��icer o3 their own automobile
and�or motor cycle in the disoharge of their respective dutiea,
but the Qity ahall maintain and furnish sapplies Yor such anto-
mobile and�or motor cycle, provided, however, that 13 the a�unt
neceseary to sepair any�motor cyale ia in egceee o3 �100.00 at
any one time, the City shall have the ri�ht at ita option to pay the
amount of euch repair bill to�the ofYicer owning such motor cycle
as an allowance towards the pnrahase o� a new motor cycle:
