is inadequately supplied with water and has not sufYicient presauro

mediate eapenditure o3 public money to sa3e guard hoalth, liYe
and propertg,
�0'1J TTiE�FORE, the Superintendent of the VVator Department
o" the City of Zynwood and the Commisaioner oP Utilities are here-
by authorized 3or and in behal3 of tne �ity to purchase the aup-
plies set �orth in a certain estimate on file in tha office oY
the eity �lerk for a caet iron pipe line east oY Zong Beach Boule- �
vard along the easterly line oY the Lots ad�acent thereto between
Burton Avenue and Orchard Avenue, and a cast iron pipe line con-
nocting said last mentioned line to a line west o� the westerl�
line o3 the Zots adjacent to I,ong Beach Boulevard on the west and
a line 3rom said.first mentionod line to Bullis Road on Orchard
Avenue, includin� Pire hydrants, and they are hereby author�zed
to prooeed with the installation oY said lines.

the adoption o3 thie Resolution.
