That this City Council endorse Senate Bill I�o. 386.pre-
sented to the Legislature oY the State o� �aliYornia at its
session in 1930 providing that the state highway system shall
inolude a portion oP those city streets Mhioh by their nat-
ural course, Yorm a continuation or eonnecting link oY said
highways or highv�ay system, and are used for through traYYic,
and providing Yor the main�enanaee oY the same out of the;,motor
vehiele f1i.e1 Pund.
That th�. City Clerk is hereby instruoted to transmit a.
certified oopy of this Resolution to the senator and assembly-
ma.n from this districst and' secretary of the" League o3 PLunieipal-
ities.
