-Jur guaranteed machine performance agreement provides guaranteed seriice coverage. At the time of repair, the
machines) will be cleaned, lubricated and adjusted. Any worn or defective parts will he replaced with the new parts
when necessary. There will be no additional charges for intermediate service rAlls necessary to keep your equipment in
operating condition.
The Maintenance Agreement does not cover dropped, abused, vandalized machines nor to machines damaged by fire, theft,
power surges, lightning or Acts of God. It does not cover supplies (print cartridges, toner, developer, drums or
maintenance kits far HP IIS Si and IV Si) related to the proper operation of the machine, as the manufacture for those
it, provides a warranty if they an choose. Any service call, repair or parts required caused by foreign objects found
in the machine, operator error or upgrading the machine is not covered. The undersigned hereby authorizes WYNAK OFFICE
MACHINES INC. to provide maintenance service as service indicates. Machine numbers will be listed.

ALL MAINTENANCE AGREOM CHARGES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. The term of this agreement is one year from the
fective date listed above and from year to year thereafter. A notice far renewal will automatically he sent ninety
(90) days before the expiration date. The machines covered are as listed an the renewal invoice. It is the customers'
responsibility to notify KRAYNAK of any additions or deletions of machines to the agreement. After the commencement
date, either party shall have the right to cancel this agreement upon thirty days written notice. There will be no
refund or credit given for any machine(s) that are lost, stolen or sold. when a new machine is purchased from Kraynak
and a covered machine is traded in, the remaining value of the agreement for the covered machine will be applied to the
new machi—e after its warranty expires. This agreement is non-trarsfarable to all third parties.
