Section 1: '1'hat the Cit3 `Preasurer of this corporation be,
and he is hereb�, authorized and directsd to rent a safe deposit
box �rom the Seeur.lt:yBremch of the Secur�ty-First National Bank of
Zos Angeles,California, subject to all tho rules and regulations oY
said bank;
Section 2: That Charles C, Reed, Treasuror of the City of
Zymvood, a�Zunicipal Corporation; of said corporation be, and he is
hereby authorized to havo accesv to said sa�o denosit b�x, w�zd: he
