A RESOLUTION OF TN� CI^lY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYN'a'JOOD, CALIF'ORNIA ORDERIi?G THE VACATION AND CLOSIPTG UP OF A CERTAIN PORTIODI OF AN ALLEY IN SAID CITY. - - - - - � - - - - - � VJi3EREAS, this Council has previously adopted its Resolution , of Intention No. 766, declaring its intention to order the vacation and closinb up of portions of an alley, as hereinal'ter described, and WHEREA5, a hearing was had thereon, pursuant to lativ, on S�Zarch 31st,1931, and no personobjected to said proposed work, NONV,THEREFORE, the Cityr Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as follor�s: SECTION T: That it is hereby deterrained that the public interest demands and requires, and said City Council hereby orders C the vacation and olosing up of certain portions of the first alley easterly of Long Beach Boulevard as shovm on map of Tract I�To. 2794, recorded in Book 28, page 6 of ARaps, Records of Los Angeles County, California, whichland is more particularly described as follows: ---Beginning-at -tho northeast corner of Lot 74 of said Tract No. 2794; -. thence easterly along the prolcngation of the northerly line of said lot 4.72 feet; thence southerly in a direct line to a point on the easterly pro�ongation of the southerly line of said lot 74, dis- tant thereon 20.00 feet easterly from the southeast corner of said lot; thence southerly in a direct line parallel to the easterls line of Lot 75 of. said TraetPlo. 2794 to a point on the easterly pro- lon�ation of the southerly line of said Lot 75; thence westerly in a direct line to the southeast corner of said Lot 75; thence north- erlg in a direct line to the point of beginning, e�cept that said Cit� of Lynwood reserves a right of way or easement in, under, over and aeross said premises for the purpose of repairing, operating and maintaining the sanitary se�verage system tharein. ) / ' S�CTION 2.
