As we discussed neither Ms. Donlon nor Paulette Torcivia will be serving as Special Magistrate for
Gulfstream. Would you be so kind as to update your list to include Lisa Conforti and Barbara
Alterman as Special Magistrates, along with myself, for the Town of Gulfstream.
Ms. Conforti has been practicing law for approximately 15 years with almost 9 years as an assistant
city attorney for the City of West Palm Beach. Her responsibilities included prosecuting all types of
administrative matters including code enforcement, nuisance abatement and similar matters. Ms.
Alterman has been an attorney for 25 years and most recently served as the Palm Beach County
Director of Planning, Zoning and Building for 12 years. She is also is very familiar with cude
enforcement and currently prosecutes code enforcement matters.
We also would appreciate consideration of increasing fees to one hundred ninety-five ($195.00)
dollars per hour. We appreciate your courtesy and look forward to continuing to provide services to
the Town of Gulfstream.
