Mobile Beach Concession
The Town of Brewster is seeking quotes to supply and operate a mobile food concession at the
following beaches for the 2019 and 2020 beach seasons, with a third year option for 2021.
Crosby Landing, Linnell Landing, Ellis Landing, Point of Rocks, Breakwater Beach, Saints
Landing, Mants Landing, Paines Creek Beach, Long Pond and Sheep Pond.
Specifications and contract documents will be available beginning February 11, 2019 at the
Brewster Town Hall, Town Administrator’s Office, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA between
8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday or by email request to dkalinick@brewster-ma.gov.
Quotes will be accepted at the Town Administrator’s Office, Brewster Town Offices, 2198 Main
Street, Brewster, MA 02631 until March 1, 2019 at 11:00am. The Town reserves the right to
reject any and all offers if not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
All Quotes for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter
30B as amended. The Town will select the responsive and responsible company submitting the
most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration the company’s experience, staff capacity,
references and plan for providing the services, as well as the proposal price.
