CALL TO ORDER

The Council Work Session of July 21, 2003, was convened at 5:45 p.m. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Angle, Berry, Ferguson, Gordon, Klindt, Olsen, Viessman, Vogel, and
Weber
Absent: Groner
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
The following categories had items brought up for discussion:
INFORMAL CALENDAR
2003 -27: Councilman Clyde Angle distributed a motion to amend the latest version of this
bill. Councilman Dan Klindt stated he and Councilman Bob Weber would not support it
since the Council was just now receiving this amendment instead of early enough to have
time to study it. Councilman Clyde Angle stated he felt it was an important amendment.
BILLS PENDING
2003 -52: Mayor John Landwehr explained the Council's policy of dealing with the issue of
potential conflicts of interest. He referenced a recent legal opinion by the city's Law
Department on this issue which was distributed to the Council.
