Rr.SOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING
AN EASE�iENT
RESOLUTION N0. 780
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit,y of Lynwood
as Pollows:
SECTION 1- That said City Council does hereby accept
that certain easement presented herewith to said City Council
from the Pacific Electric Railway Company, conveying to said
City of Lync�ood tmo certain strips of land for storm drain
purposes across the right-of-way of said Company, in said Cit,y
of Lvntiaood. �
SECTION 2- The City Clerk is hereby directed to
attach a certified copy of this Resolution to said grant of
easement and to record the same in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County.
PASSED amd ADOPTED this �rth day of May,
1931.
