any relative in the employment o� the oity, unless there is no,
other applieant available tivho is oapable oY perfaiming the
work satisfaatorily; provided that this resolution shall not
apply to employees paid by the hour.
SECTION 2 : This Resolution shall become eYfective

SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby directed to
