RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A TRAILER PARK LICENSE
FOR THE 2000-2001 LICENSE TERM TO CARTERET MOBILE PARK
WHEREAS, the owners of CARTERET MOBILE PARK have made application to
renew their Trailer Park License for the 2000-2001 License term and have paid the proper
fees therefore; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have agreed to comply with all provisions and regulations now
or hereafter promulgated; and
WHEREAS, CARTERET MOBILE PARK located at 1501 Roosevelt Avenue, has been
inspected and approved for renewal by the duly authorized representatives of the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that a Trailer Park License Renewal for the 2000-2001
License Term be and is hereby granted to CARTERET MOBILE PARK.
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized and
directed by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret to issue a Trailer Park
Renewal License for the 2000-2001 License Term to CARTERET MOBILE PARK
effective July 1, 2000 and to expire June 30, 2001.
