RESOLUTION NO. CRA 08 -956
A RESOLUTION OF THE TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE ANNUAL REPORT
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Temple City ( "Agency ") is required to
present an annual report to the City Council on or before December 31st of each year; and
WHEREAS, an annual report has been prepared in accordance with Health and Safety Code
Section 33080.1; and
WHEREAS, the proposed fiscal year 2007 -2008 Budget was approved by the Agency in June
2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Temple City Community Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
1. The Agency hereby approves the Annual Report for fiscal year 2007 -2008 attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
2. The Secretary shall transmit the Annual Report to the City Council and to the State
Controller.
3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 2008.
