Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as f'ollovrs:
SECTIOV 1: That the Demand of the Pacific Finance
Corporation served upon the members of the City Council of
the City of Lynvrood at their regular meeting held on the 15th
day of September, T931, for the pa.vment of the judgment in
�
action No. 2a3283 in the superior Court in and for the County
of Los Angeles, State of California, together �vith interest
as specified in said demand, be and the same is hereby denied.
SECTION 2: That the City �lork.shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
