ember, 1932 in the mr�nner provided by the lav�e of the Stste ofl
C�lifornia for the purpoee of electing a Member o£ the City
Cotmcil of s�;id Cit;,� to fill the vacaney occurring by the re-
�i;nation of John E. Grayson as a member of said City Council,
to hold such office until the next Regular or General P�Iunici-
psl �lection held in said City at which time a roeraon shsll
be elected to serve £or the remainder of the unexpired term
of said John H. Grayeon.
