CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2014-72
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM
SHELLY BREINTENFELDT
WHEREAS, Shelly Breintenfeldt has generously offered to donate a painting titled
"Courageous and Strong" (the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to Shelly
Breintenfeldt for her generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks Shelly Breintenfeldt.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Martin
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Martinson) (Recused: Pederson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
