Ail "operators bf airports receiving federal assistance are reaui-red under
the authority of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49, Part 21, to
submit a Civil Rights Report annually.
Three copies of FAA FORM 5190-10, "Civil Rights Data Report -Parts 1 and 2,
and Instruction," were mailed to you at the beginning of August for your
reporting purpose. A letter of explanation was also.provided to help you
better understand your Civil Rights responsibilities.
This is to inform you that your annual Civil Rights Data Report is overdue.
If you do not complete three copies of the Civil Rights Data Report, and
return two copies to the address shown above before October 25, 1977 we
shall have to find you in non-compliance with the regulations.
