RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A TRAILER PARK LICENSE
FOR THE 2000-2001 LICENSE TERM TO TOWER TRAILER PARK
WHEREAS, the owners of TOWER TRAILER PARK have made application to renew
their Trailer Park License for the 2000-2001 License term and have paid the proper fees
therefore; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have agreed to comply with all provisions and regulations now
or hereafter promulgated; and
WHEREAS, TOWER TRAILER PARK, located at 26Dalbert Street has been inspected
and approved for renewal by the duly authorized representatives of the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that a Trailer Park License Renewal for the 2000-2001
License Term be and is hereby granted to TOWER TRAILER PARK.
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized and
directed by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret to issue a Trailer Park
Renewal License for the 2000-2001 License Term to TOWER TRAILER PARK, effective
July 1, 2000 and to expire June 30, 2001.
Adopted this I9th day of October, 2000
and Certified as a true copy of the
original on October 20, 2000.
